TYPING AND DATA ENTRY

TYPING:  anything from address labels to multi-page reports.  

SPREADSHEETS:  I do numbers!  Besides my expertise with spreadsheets, I'm also an experienced bookkeeper.  Find out how you can utilize the power of spreadsheet databases to keep track of more than just numbers.

DOCUMENT DESIGN:  My expertise extends to formatting documents to make them look their best.  Let me unleash the power of Microsoft Word for you.

I have Microsoft Office 365.  I can also save spreadsheets and documents in other formats, including PDF files and the very versatile - and free - Apache Open Office suite.

WORKING TOGETHER:

My Virtual Assistant services are available to small business clients in the Digby area of Nova Scotia, and by computer anywhere in Canada.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: before beginning to work together, we will discuss
your needs in a free personal consultation (in person or by phone or email).  

WORKSITE:  I generally work from my home office, but can work on-site with local clients in the Digby area.  

OPTIONS FOR GETTING YOUR MATERIALS TO ME:  

FILE FORMAT: I can accept document or spreadsheet files in Word or Excel format, or in any other common word processor or spreadsheet format.  Note: PDF files can be used as drafts, but cannot be directly edited.  You can also send JPG files as drafts; these should be as large as possible for the sake of clarity.

RATES:  

Hourly:  $18/hour, usually billed monthly.  
Or you can
pre-pay for a block of time in advance.  (With a pre-paid block I will send you a timesheet showing the time used and the amount remaining).
